A lovely break away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Cosy, warm and calming. Relaxing and VERY comfy beds. Attention to detail first class. Superb scenery on your doorstep. Excellent location for countryside walks and ambles along the stunning coastlines and beaches. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Vestry! The perfect cozy abode during our Welsh adventure. The cottage is beautifully presented and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. A great location for exploring the local area and a stones throw from Machynlleth and the nearby Dyfi Forest. The garden provided the perfect suntrap for a morning coffee with peaceful views of the surrounding valley. We will definitely be back in the winter so we can make the most of the incredible fireplace!

Thank you Juliet for letting me stay in your beautiful cottage. Your attention to detail is first class. The cottage has everything you need and was very comfortable. l felt so relaxed away from everyday life. Watching the farmer bring the sheep down from the fields and herd them along the lane was amazing and made me smile. I'll definitely be back but to stay for longer as there's so much to see around the area. l would definitely recommend a stay at The Vestry.

A fabulous bolthole in the Welsh hills and perfect for a solo getaway with my dog. This is a beautiful traditional cottage that Juliet has lovingly and sympathetically restored. The location is so peaceful - perfect for walking in the hills and just a short drive to Machynlleth and on to amazing sandy beaches at Aberdovey or Ynyslas. The Vestry has everything you could need to hunker down when it rains - fully-equipped kitchen, central heating, great wifi and smart TV - and it's ideally placed for exploring the surrounding countryside. I'll definitely be back!
